- Are my credit card details safe using your website?

For online transactions, Jibly uses PayPal which offers a strong purchase protection for buyers.

PayPal follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to secure user data and protect buyers against theft and fraud.

Note that no card details will be saved on the Jibly Website. Every purchase will require the user to enter the credit card details again

- How to add gift message to your order?

Customers have the chance to add gift messages to there orders to celebrate different occasions at different times.

Just contact us via email on help@jiblyworld.com and our team will handle your request.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

All orders dispatched will be accompanied with a tracking number.

Please click here to track your package.

Type in your tracking number and you will be able to track your order anytime and anywhere.

- Have you got an issue with your order?

Hopefully, you will receive your order in a perfect condition.

We kindly ask you to contact us through our email help@jiblyworld.com if there's any issue with your order. 

Our team will take all the necessary steps to regain your trust.

- Where do you deliver?

We ship orders to 65 countries.

Unfortunately, due to shipping regulations, orders cannot be shipped to Australia, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

- What are the delivery time and prices?

Our orders are usually delivered within 7 to 12 business days. Kindly check the table in the Shipping Information tab in order to get the shipping prices.

- Can I cancel my order?

Kindly contact us on help@jiblyworld.com to cancel your order.

However if your parcel is processed and dispatched you will not be able to cancel your order.

- How can I receive an invoice for an order?

All orders will include a printed invoice within the package.

To receive a pdf copy of your invoice, please contact us through email on help@jiblyworld.com. Make sure to include your order number in the email.

- Can I make product changes to my order?

Please send us an email to: help@jiblyworld.com to add or remove items from your order.

- Can I save my basket?

To save your basket, you should have a registered account on Jibly website

After that, go ahead and select your items and press the "Save Basket" option

Your saved items can be can be found in your account area. Simply press "Saved Basket" and the items would appear.

At anytime you want, you can add or remove items to your saved basket

If some of the saved items are out of stock they would be removed from your basket

- Placing an Order

To place an order with Jibly, simply follow these steps.

First, click on "Shop now" to browse all the categories that are available at our shop or type the name of the product in the search bar.

Add your desired items to your basket by simply pressing on the " Add to basket" button.

After that, press on the basket on the corner of the page and press "Checkout". Here you will be asked to enter your personal information(Customers with accounts will have there delivery address saved.)

Finally, you will have the chance to review all of your details. If everything is correct go ahead and press "Proceed with checkout".

- How can I find out when a product will come back in stock?

If your desired items are out of stock, we kindly ask you to sign up to get notified by mail when this item is available again.

Simply press "Email me when in stock" found in the product page.

- What product information do you show on your website?

Useful information related to the product can be found in the product page on our website, including:
- Photo of the product
- Detailed description
- Nutritional facts
